Russell Quick Co., Inc. is an investment real estate firm and a management firm founded in January of 1978. We do investment sales of primarily commercial properties such as shopping centers, office buildings, free standing retail buildings and apartment complexes. We have closed in excess of $100 million dollars of commercial investment properties. We have done properties that are vacant with value added potential and a range of rental properties from gross to triple or absolute net. A sample of these sales is on the site for your viewing.

Russell Quick Co., Inc. is or has been involved in the management of commercial properties we have sold to our clients. Currently we are managing condominium associations as one of our primary functions.
